Tuesday Morning Workshops for Adults with Learning Disabilities
Our amazing Tuesday groups are made up of adults with learning disabilities who work with a range of professional artists to engage in creative practice, find a voice and be part of a community.
The Sewing Sessions for Young People
The Sewing Sessions runs monthly for young people with an interest in fashion and textiles. They are encouraged in self-expression, supported to learn and build their sewing skills and understanding of the fashion industry.
Stitch Together - Monthly Social stitch group
The 3rd Wednesday of the month is our warm and welcoming social ‘Stitch’ group. Bring your own project and materials, swap skills, share ideas, chat and meet new people.
Clwb Celf - Saturday Morning Art Club for Young People
Our joyous Saturday morning Art club offers young people the opportunity to work with local professional artists, trying out a wide variety of activities and materials, encouraging experimenting and creativity.
Weekly Creative Writing
Every Wednesday afternoon is a peer to peer Creative Writing session supported by Celf o Gwmpas. The sessions encourage expression and imagination whilst helping to build skills and encourage pleasure in writing.
After Dark Arts - Creative Community
Monthly get togethers for artists and creatives to share ideas, learn new skills and be part of a growing creative community in the local area.
Open Art room and Guided Discovery
Twice a week our Art room is open for people to use free of charge.
Guided Discovery is part of Wednesday’s open art room for adults. Between 11am - 1pm an artist is available to offer gentle guidance and inspiration.
Monthly Life Drawing
The third Wednesday of each month is a Life Drawing session supported by Celf o Gwmpas. Sometimes led by an experienced artist, other times participants have the opportunity to follow their own path, with support from members of the group if required.
Craft in the Cafe for Home Educating Families
Each Thursday our friendly coffee Lounge is open for Home Educating families to meet and get creative. There is usually a craft activity (or two)| to try or bring your own project
