Big Bash Flag making

Saturday the 11th of July from 12.30 – 3pm at Centre Celf, local artist Jane Mason will be running workshops to create flags and banners out of old tents for The Big Summer Bash at Llandrindod Wells Common on Sunday 30th.  If you can’t join us for the first day don’t worry will be another chance to get involved from 10am – 1pm on Friday 24th July at the Lakeside Community Cabin.  Join us to have your flag flying high for everyone to see over the town of Llandrindod.

Jane and volunteers will also be at The Big Summer Bash, where you will be able to make your flag unique by adding whatever you like to really make that flag yours!

Thanks go to Jess of j.o.studios for providing us with old tents and scarps from her fantastic business making clothes, bags etc from selvaged tents from festivals.

These workshops have been funded by the Arts Council of Wales Creative Communities fund.
