Just in Case - Community Exhibition

Over the last few months we ran a community art project, Just in Case, as part of our sustainability drive to repurpose and recycle old and redundant plastic CD cases as individual picture frames.

We asked schools, community groups and individuals to get involved and produce at least one or more, individual 12cm x 12cm pieces of art work using Our Community as the theme. We had a lot of CD cases to fill.

People could use any media as long as it fitted into the cases.

The Art work is now on display at Centre Celf and will remain on display for the next few months in their individual ‘picture frames’.

There is an amazing variety of pictures, if you’ve done one why not come and find it and if you haven’t there’s still a few CD cases left for you to add yours to the collection!
